KELLY KESTER-SMITH | ADAM PATTANTYUS
Yes! Ventures was founded in 1999 by Kelly Kester-Smith to provide social change and nonprofit organizations with strategic grant writing and expert fund development consultation. With these services, clients accelerate success by communicating compelling visions, crafting impact strategies and developing winning proposals.
Recently, Yes! Ventures has focused time and creativity on new collaboration systems, philanthropic models and technology platforms. These are designed to overcome the negative effects of the fragmentation and constraints of current funding systems. Our passion is to offer effective, future-leaning business models to an organization or a network of clients (NGO, Business, and Government) engaged in systemic and global change efforts.
All Yes! Ventures platforms, models and services share the same six values: privacy, trustworthiness, accountability, transparency, engagement and philanthropy.
Kelly Kester-Smith, Managing Director, has for many years provided nonprofit organizations with expert project development and proposal writing services, fund development consultation, board training and effective communications. Kelly designed well-positioned, powerfully presented and fundable projects with YES! Ventures’ clients that catalyzed over $80 million in grants and contracts.
Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles with a double major in English and Gerontology. She has served on numerous NGO boards in the Los Angeles area.
